The doctor examines you and answers your questions; if you decide to go ahead, your surgery date is booked. You also receive lab-work orders and a referral for medical photography — photos can be taken the same day at the center next to the clinic, and labs the same day or the next.
You arrive on your scheduled day; you're typically discharged about 2–3 hours after surgery once the doctor confirms you're ready.
You consult by phone or direct message and send the photos we need for a more accurate assessment.
Once you're approved for surgery, we send the lab-work orders and sample photos to guide you. You get both done locally and send us the results for review.
Once your results are reviewed, your surgery date is set. On the day, you come straight to the surgical center — no need for repeated trips to Tehran for pre-op steps.
Before surgery, one last in-person consultation with the doctor reviews your nose shape and expectations; then surgery follows.
If a nasal tampon was placed during surgery, you return about two days later to have it removed. Not every patient gets one — the doctor decides.
About a week after surgery, you return to have the nasal splint and stitches removed, marking the end of the main treatment steps.
